BETTER POSTURE & PAIN-FREE MOVEMENT - A 6 WEEK COURSE
A 6-week, small group course designed to help you improve your posture; allowing you to move better, more efficiently & painlessly.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
Using the principles of Foundation Training, you will learn how to engage the muscles at the back of your body, allowing you to stand up taller and maintain an upright frame for longer.
The primary benefits of the course are improvements in posture and pain-free movement, but there are many further positives that can come as a result. Previous course participants have reported feeling happier, healthier and an improved sense of self-confidence.
Postural improvements are often seen and felt after the first session of the course. You will be encouraged to practice what you have learned between sessions as the next week will build on the one before.
WHO IS IT FOR?
The course is ideal for anyone who is looking to improve their posture or become free from pain or niggles. If you work at a desk, spend long hours at a computer, or find yourself with a sore/stiff neck or back at the end of the day, you will likely see benefits as a result of the course.
By keeping the course size limited to 8 people, I am able to focus enough attention on each person and their individual journey.

I have been working as a Personal Trainer since 2004, and specialise in helping people move well and become free from pain.
On top of my REPs Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer qualification, I am certified in Foundation Training, Functional Range Conditioning® (FRC) and Anatomy in Motion (AiM). Together, these sets of skills allow me to help people to become stronger and move more effectively; reducing their pain, improving posture and preventing future injuries.
