Hi, I'm Anthony.

As a movement and rehab coach, I specialise in helping people move well, get out of pain and prevent recurring injuries.

I have been working as a Personal Trainer since 2004. Throughout this time, I developed a real passion for helping people move in a pain free way, so I decided to explore this route further and find more ways in which I could help and change people's lives.

On top of my REPs Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer qualification, I went on to become certified in Foundation Training, Functional Range Conditioning® (FRC) and Anatomy in Motion (AiM). Bringing together these sets of skills with my years of experience, I help people become stronger and move more effectively, helping to reduce their pain and prevent future injuries.
